fair & balance

I am truly affected when hearing that a profiling and generalization of certain traits & characteristics by ethnic group. In addition, it is even vexing when comparison is derived from a point of view of 'extravagant' display of so called superior perception.

With that it has already regarded as the future performance factor and strengths.............. maybe its true but maybe it is not..

The process to assess & uncover talents is challenging....

Assessor opinions and prior experience will definitely impact outcome.

Interviewer will often reflect comparative assessment of individual attributes. It will be a flaws if comparisons are made based on imbalance pre-conditions or simply bias..

The assessor may have gone through his or her learning curves and has been given the opportunity.
It is simply unfair when the assessor formed judgement that overlooked a realistic starting point for prospective candidate simply because there is competition from a superior candidate.

Socially, opportunity will often be provided not to a person that require it most but to the person that less require it, simply because of future predictive performance. Or the proof of future performance is demonstrated today and therefor will reflect tomorrow.
Nevertheless, this is correct in the process of elimination for decision to select.

The question is, whether the reference point is correctly applied? Or as a positive reference and the expected performance measure? And if it is, the reference is may be at least relatively fair and balance. And if it is not, it has already set to exclude social contract right from the beginning.....

On this basis, organization is just an economic factor that is consistently opportunistic and exploitative...??

But human made up organization's decision... and working collectively within the enterprise for organization output. And organization is often an influential force that diminishes individual awareness..

Furthermore, with the trend of productivity by means of virtual and digital delivery in today's economy... real skill is rated second. 'Extravagant' traits...>> superficial intangible display will be more plausible...

It is all about: speak to convince about oneself with words uttered in a matter of interests....

fair & balance...
